Vanity Island has multiple warehouses stationed in key global hubs—USA, Sweden, and Hong Kong—to streamline shipping and get your orders to you quickly, no matter where you are.

•  Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 2 working days to process the order.
•  Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 5-7 working days.

For shipping in USA, UK, EU, Asia and Australia expect a delivery time of 5-7 days

For other worldwide destinations, delivery times can be up to 10 days.

1. Do you ship internationally? How much are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% on us. There is also no minimum order quantity required. 

2. Where do you ship from?

Many of our items are shipped directly from the USA, while others may be shipped from our Hong Kong or Sweden warehouses.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship approximately 2-3 business days after your order has been placed as it is a normal processing time of each order. For Friday afternoons, weekends, holidays and during physical inventory audits, the processing time will be started on the next weekday. Please allow additional time for shipping when placing your order ahead of your special event.

4. Will I receive my order in multiple shipments?

Depending on the number of styles ordered, your order may come in multiple packages. You will only be charged for shipping once. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked under the same order number.
